It's just that 60% I can't seem to get into.acl3623 said:are you in-state? there seems to still be a drought in the out-of-state invites from pcom...
JonnyG said:PCOM does not hide the fact that most of the school is PA(over 65%) and a good portion come from surrounding states. They are doing something similiar with the Georgia campus. They had published a requirement that you be from Georgia or a surrounding state (don't know if it was followed).
JKDMed said:This is true for the GA campus as well, as you said. The mission of the school is to educate physicians who will practice in GA and the surrounding states, which certainly includes South Carolina, Alabama, and I believe Florida and Tennesee. However, at my interview there was a woman from North Carolina and a guy from Texas.

I really like PCOM, but turned down the interview since I love the South.
Good luck to all potential PCOM'ers 🙂

I think some people on here are talking about PCOM-GA and not PCOM-PA. However, you might call if you interviewed in October and still haven't heard anything.dirtydawg said:WTF?! I interviewed in October and still haven't heard anything! And I'm a PA resident. Does that mean I totally blew it?! I think I'm going to be ill.....
