PCOM requires a LOR from either a premedical committee or premedical advisor (neither of which is possible for me) or the Dean or academic advisor (unfortunately Berkeley doesn't do this either). Does anyone know if this requirement can be substituted with something else?

Just call the school and talk to the admissions officer. That person can tell you exactly what to do. I think I was told that a lor from the chair of my dept was good enough. I don't remember exactly, but whatever it was was good enough. Good luck

I called PCOM last week and they said they must have one of the three. She was kind enough to also add that it was EXPLICITLY stated in the secondary, therefore it was not an option.
