PCOM Need a place to live?

If you know of anyone looking for a place to live please pass this on. I just bought a decent sized 4 BR 2 Bath house in Bala Cynwyd and am looking for 2 roomates, preferably girls (they are neater). It is about 1 mile from PCOM and I will be moving in late July. Rent will be $450 with all utilities included except phone. It's in a very nice area just off the main line near Narberth.
