-Roughly equal tuition
-PCOM S. GA closer to home/family which is a big plus but other than that don't know much about it
-CUSOM seems to be well-respected and I like NC

Please give your reasoning if you vote!

CUSOM because it is more established. PCOM is great but S. GA is one of it's newest campuses so I'm not sure if students there have a different take on things than those who are at PCOM-PA.
Yes that is generally what I've gathered so far, can't find detailed feedback on that particular campus. It's one thing to have "bad credit" but having "no credit" makes me hesitant to overlook them lol.

I'm a current S.Ga student! I realise this is probably a bit late, but I guess it can help others who are looking this information up. I am a first year though, so things may be set up differently during this year when compared to a non-pandemic year. Also, there are no 3rd or 4th years yet, so clinical rotations and PCOM S.Ga's match situation is up in the air. So keep those in mind as well, especially if you have an A to another school. The only thing I know for sure is that we have a strong affiliation with a regional hospital.

One thing I will say is that: We've been following the PCOM-PA's way of doing things rather than the PCOM-GA's campus, which is a good thing. We're on the exact same schedule, attend the same OMM lectures online and attend the same online lectures for some topics as well, and we take the exact same tests (This has been a minor issue? There has been cases on exams where there was a question or two that wasn't really covered in our lecture, but was covered more in depth in PCOM-PA's lecture - but its honestly like, 1 question an exam... so not really a big deal, and if you just follow UFAPS anyways it won't matter to you).

Classes: Non-mandatory except for group learning and labs. Overall schedule is okay. You can expect 2-3 hours of classes in the AM, followed by a lab or activity in the afternoon 2-3 days a week. The other days are generally left open for us to catch up on any work. One neat thing is, if you didn't find the S. Ga's lecture helpful for one topic, you can look at the lecture given by the PA campus.

Faculty: They are all nice and helpful. Some really good ones out there as well when it comes to lecturing.

Location: Its not great, but you'll have all the necessities nearby. Its a bonus though, if you are an outdoor type person. Lots of great hiking areas nearby.

Admin: They have been pretty helpful as well. Some things they are a bit inflexible on, and sometimes they are slow to do things, but a lot of it has to do with our campus having to go through PCOM-PA's admin as well.

A lot of these things could just be how they decided to set up with COVID. So it may be different for the next class.

Hey thanks for the feedback! I did end up declining the interview, but it is still good to learn a little more. My friend is applying this cycle and getting all my secondhand feedback. I did visit the area about a month ago and I thought it was nice. We did visit a lot of parks. Thanks again, and good luck with the rest of this semester!
