I have used 5-MCC in the past and have liked it, but I know there are other clinical consults out there for PDA

What program do you like the best?

I used to use 5MCC, but nowadays I prefer the Palm OS version of Up-To-Date.

Tell us about the PDA version of UTD, Kent. I have been thinking of splurging on it.

It's pretty much the same content that's on the Web version. You need a 2GB SD card to run it. It's a little slow to launch on my Treo 680, but once you're in the program, it's fairly responsive. The Palm OS version is actually free when you subscribe to the Web version...you just have to request the disk.
