Help developing clinical question for Osteomyelitis

PGY-1 here and just started an inpatient rotation to cover for someone who had to take a leave of absence at the last minute but I was told today I have to do a 15-20 minute presentation on osteomyelitis that is due tuesday. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on a good question to ask as it pertains to osteomyelitis so I know how to develop this presentation.

So, most likely, the reason for the presentation is to teach you what to do for osteomyelitis (you and the other intern and any medical students assigned to the team) so I would go over the basics of pathogensis, DDx, clinical presentation, evaluation to include diagnostic imaging, and then treatment. I'd also look at possible complications and likely outcomes.

The big thing that seems to trip most people up are: What's the imaging study of choice and different options for treatment given patient comorbidities.
