PDA requirements for UB

Hey UB has a mandatory PDA requirements. Does any body know more about this? And do any other school has the same requirements?

its probably for 3rd and 4th years...many schools have pda requirements for clinical rotations.
 
No its mandatory for entering students. I've checked and they have set of PDA applications package for each 1st, 2nd and 3rd year students.
