Hi,

I am not too technically incline and I was just wondering if someone can tell me what a PDA is and what it is used for. I got an email from school saying that we could get Sony Clie for like id 200s. I hear people use PDAs, but I am not sure what for. Thanks.

a PDA is a 'public display of affection' and is usually used to keep your significant other happy

oh wait...you mean PDA as in a handheld like a palm pilot (or ones using the microsoft CE rather than palm operating system). They are just mini-portable simplified computers...people download drug catalogs, infection databases etc into them and carry them on the wards in place of several reference books.
