Would it be possible to do Child Psych --> Peds Palliative? I am assuming the answer is no but I was curious about whether there is any possible way to make this happen without triple boarding.

From WUSTL peds fellowship website:

"The pediatric track accepts candidates board eligible/certified in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, IM-Peds, Child Psychiatry, Pediatric Neurology, or other Pediatric Subspecialty on a case-by-case basis."

You'll have to check with each place.
