what are the differences between the jobs of a pediatric physiatrist and a pediatrician with/a fellowship in neurodevelopment?

Ped Development MD does not deal with spaticity / CP / function as Ped Rehab does. They tend to be more in tune with neurodevelopmental disorder such as autism, mental ******ation, developmental delay, as well as some psychiatric issues in kids. To my knowledge, they don't do Botox / Baclofen pump / neurolysis / EMG/NCS / orthotic-gait evaluation, nor any TBI / SCI / Sports med...etc. Hope this helps.
