I'm decent on pedigrees but could be a bit better. EK doesn't really cover them in their Bio Lect. book and has a few passages devoted to them in their 1001 book. Kaplan covers it a bit more. Anyone have any good sources that shows the best way to tackle them? I get the genotypes decently, but when you're asked to go through 3+ generations and guess what the parents/grandparents are, it gets a bit tricky and I'd like to be able to work through them better.

You know about polygenic, genetic interactions, sex-linked, rec/dom, codominance, incomplete, etc., right?

If you want, you can PM me, and I can send you one of my homeworks on this. It also includes ratios and a chi squared problem (though it is not worked out, but I can tell you how it is done if you like). Also, you can definitely ask me more questions about ratios if you want. I had a problem with this and thought I knew it, but when I got help from my professor she really got me straightened out 😉.
