Hi,
Im looking for some advice in regard to specializing. I graduated from dental school abroad and completed an advanced standing program here in the US and an AEGD last year.
I’m in the middle of applying to GPR programs because I wanted to gain more hospital experience and treat patients in the OR and I’ve been starting to consider specializing in peds.
What is the demand for peds dentists esp in saturated areas like in the northeast? And how beneficial would doing the GPR be for me if I do decide to specialize? What are some major things to be aware of before going into peds? Thank you!
