Does anyone know of a test center around atlanta that provides a pencil/paper to do your work instead of a board/marker!

I don't know, but you might as well get used to board/marker

Not too sure, but I think most or if not all use marker and board, but you can try calling up the center to double check.

Most centers use marker/board, so try to practice using one before test day
