percentile, can´t you calculate it yourself?

Hi,
I know they don´t give out percentiles anymore.

But isnt it really easy to calculate it for yourself since they give u the mean and the standard deviation?

Z=score(your score)-mean(US and Canadian students) /standard deviation, look it up in a Z-score table and you´ll find your percentile?

I thought they normalized the distribution of the 3 digit scores much like the MCAT is normalized?

It's not normalized; the three-digit score is supposed to represent a performance comparable to that same score in any previous year. The pass line is not determined by your performance compared to your testing group, but compared to a minimum level of competency that the passing score is supposed to represent. In theory, everyone could pass the test.
