Hello all,
Quick question regarding this upcoming application cycle. My SO was just offered her dream job in her home state. Which is great; however, I have no ties to that location besides her and her family. Although the state is very DO-friendly overall, would it be in my best interest to maybe use her family's address as my permanent address on my residency application? Is this a pretty common thing that people do or will it be seen as dishonest in the eyes of PD's? I just worry that even though I'm a strong applicant on paper, my application may be filtered out geographically. Thanks!
