I recently finished the first draft of my personal statement and could use some constructive criticism/tough love on it. Would anyone mind reading it for me and giving me some thoughts? I would really appreciate it. I'm trying knock this thing out of the park and I know its missing some things. Just can't put my finger on them.

Definitely! I totally forgot to respond back. It was late and I just left the ER after volunteering for 7 hours. You helped me so much. I am going to completely retool it now.
