Without step and or rotation fails US MD grads are dang near guaranteed an FM match. Might think about rotating with programs to see if they would be a good fit for you.

You'll be heavily recruited. It will feel very nice compared to your classmates who would be happy to scrape gum off the PD's shoe to get that neurosurg position in the middle if nowhere!
