sfmatch.org has a listing of "immediate vacancies" for all neuro years. There are actually a few July 2005 PGY-2 spots (people change their minds all the time). Most notably, there's a vacancy at Mt. Sinai in NYC - a very strong program at a prestigious NYC hospital.
