Hello all,

I'm currently interested in the following specialties for my career: (1) palliative care (and pain management) (2) oncology and (3) critical care.

How do these three distinct fields match up in competition, job market availability, and fulfillment potential from those of you currently trying to obtain these types of residencies, currently a resident in these areas, or practicing pharmacies that can speak to one or more of the above?
