I know that pharm is my weakest link.
Do you have a favorite resource for relearning pharm?
Right now my very flawed study plan is to read the back of each first aid organ system section, and hope I don't accidentally miss something.

How did you get all your pharm stuff in one place?
Do you use pharmcards, anki, or other cool flashcards to help?

It's also my weakest point. I neglected it all through MS1 and 2 other than the basic "use X to treat Y" :/ In for any realistic advice

i thought FA + UW was golden for pharm. learn the mechanisms of action, understand the pathophysiology of major side effects and you should do well. dont memorize every single side effect of every drug, its just waste of time and energy imo, but focus on major/unique side effects and obviously for certain very HY drugs you have to know all side effects cold like corticosteroids, MTX.

Honestly, just spend 2-3 days doing pharm only in First Aid. You'll be amazed at how much you'll cover that way. Focus on major/special side effects. Something like nausea or GI distress is so universal that it pretty much seems that any drug could cause those symptoms.

Depending on how much time you have until your test I've really liked Becker pharm. to me it's almost like pathoma for pharm. it's been really helpful for me especially since I also feel that pharm is a struggle for me and the teaching of it has been pretty weak at my school unfortunately. I would only use it though if you have sufficient time though (I've been doing it with classes).

I am working with KissPharm + UW and it is pretty decent. I review the powerpoint slides for about 20 minutes a day (lectures are little bit annoying to watch more than once) and my NBME pharm bar is closer to the right than left.

Regardless of the source, Pharm is one of those things where you should do a little bit at a time (like 5 drugs a day) and keep repeating over a long period if you want to retain it. MOA is the most important.
