Pharm Shelf Exam

I?m taking the NBME pharmacology shelf exam on Friday and would like any advice on what to review before it. I just read Pharmacology for the boards and wards and is planning on going over the Pharm section on First Aid (which I filled out during the course); will this be enough preparation or should I also do practice questions? Thanks

A majority of the questions will be in the clinical vignette form with them asking you "the most likely medication they received", and things of that nature. I don't believe they will be straight forward MOA, adverse reactions, etc. Know the material to be able to utilize them in the vignette.
