Pharm side effects

How do people memorize all the pharm side effects. I am almost at the end of my studying and I feel confident in all of the sections except Pharmacology. I usually dont have a problem with the mechanism of action or even the drug of choice, but I can never get all those obscure side effects into my head. Any advice?

I tried lange cards, FA, and I listened to Kaplan videos. my test is next week.

I just took my test on Monday, and all of the questions on side effects are really really basic. They're going to be the most common side effects. Also, I only had about 10 pharm questions the entire exam, so don't sweat too much about it.
