What do you think is a fair hourly rate for a PIC working retail in southeast Texas area like Beaumont, Port Arthur etc?

Last survey for Arlington (VA HQ for the area) came back at $61 in 2015. Make what you will as that particular Region covers the entirety of TX including the Brownsville border (the highest salaries in the area) and DFW (the lowest salaries in the area but not by much).

I think nowadays it depends on if it's chain or independent, If it's an independent the wages can vary 200% from pharmacy to pharmacy; depending on the rx volume, types of services (compounding, etc), and obviously the ownership.

Non indie retail should be at least $60/hr, especially considering the region you're talking about is not a desirable metro area.
