pharmacy tech job near campus.. what do you do over the summer?

If you get a job as a pharmacy technician at a pharmacy/hospital near the campus, what do you do over the summer break?
Do you quit and look for another one in the next fall?
Since a lot of students at my school have pre-pharmacy as their advising track, it is hard to find a pharmacy technician position near campus.
So I was wondering what people usually do over the summer..
and It is too far for me to commute..

I would pay more attention to the PCAT first.

depending on where you get hired, you might be able to transfer to another store over the summer. If not, then your options are indeed limited. The best thing to do is consult with the manager of the pharmacy and see if they'll work with you since you're a pre-pharmer.

Serve the long term residents! Just because the students are gone doesnt mean there arent any people.

With the students gone you can relax more.
