When you e-submit your pharmcas does automatically get sent to the schools your applying to?

Are you talking about the entire application itself? If so, then PharmCAS will forward your application to the schools you designate and paid for. You can add others later as long it's before the school's deadline.

However, your application won't be at the schools until August. But you may be ahead of the line once that happens if you finish it now.

Just talked to PharmCAS and asked when the applications are delivered. They said that as soon as you esubmit, the schools you applied to can view your application electronically. They also said that it is best to apply early.

The short answer to your question is yes.
