Hello All, I am an incoming MS-1 this fall in Philadelphia and currently am living in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment in center city and need a roommate to join me on the lease starting this June. As I mentioned, the apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom with 1 bath, central AC, full kitchen, and a recently purchased washer and dryer unit in the apartment. Extremely large living room and located 1 block from subway and very close to all of the medical schools in the area. The rent is $675/month plus utilities.
