Fatima and UERM.. Although not a guarantee, they provide some medical students the option of doing some rotations outside the Philippines. Both schools have affiliations with hospitals in the U.S. that enable their graduates to have an edge over those PI graduates who don't have usce. However, at other schools, they might also allow you to do visiting electives if you arrange it beforehand, the only catch is that you'll have to find these clinical sites on your own (and your school would merely approve it).
