Our Client is the owner and sole psychiatrist for his privately owned and operated behavioral health group. He has established a unique approach to treating patients and wants to grow his health group as he believes this approach is something worth spreading. He doesn't have the time to focus on growing the group and keep up with the patient load he currently has so he is looking for a Board Certified Psychiatrist he can trust to provide the quality care his patients have grown to expect. This will give him the ability to take a more executive role and expands the group he has developed and believes in so much.
BC-Psych
-Full time and Permanent.
-Outpatient
-Monday to Friday 8-5 (last patient is scheduled at 4:30P)
-Nearly 100% scheduled appointments
-Seeing about 20-25 ppd
-Support Staff 1 part time psychiatrist, 5 therapists and 1 Nurse Practitioner
-Utilizes a Point of Care Initiative to provide outcome-measured psychiatry
-New patients are 30 minutes whereas follow ups are 15 minutes
-80-90% referral method of treatment to other forms of treatment designed to remove the burden of care from the psychiatrist and focus on the cohesive unit for overall treatment of patient
-Comfortable Living with Good Work/Life Balance
-Good Patient Flow to minimize physician burnout
Psychiatric Services including evaluations and medication management
-TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)-approved treatment for resistant depression, anxiety disorders, addictions, fibromyalgia, etc.
-Counseling Therapists
-Group Therapy
-Alcohol & Drug Detox
-Chronic Disease Management
-Hypnotherapy
-Neuropsych Assessment
Area: Florida's Nature Coast
-10 minutes from the beach
