I'm really stuck on what class I need to take for my second semester on my sophomore year.

Either Physics I or Genetics. If they had Physiology available then I would definitely take that, but it's already taken...

But here's my planned schedule for next semester:
Major: B.S. Biochemistry and B.A. Music
_______________________________
Organic Chemistry II + Lab (4 hours)
*****Either Physics I + Lab, Genetics, or Physiology (3~4 hours)*****
Advanced Japanese II (3 hours)
Music Theory II (3 hours)
Aural Skills II (1 hour)
Applied Piano Instruction (2 hours)
Orchestra (1 hour)
_______________________________

So I clearly know that Physics I is easier than Genetics, but if I took Physics I now, then I would have to combine Biochemistry classes with Genetics, which is an harder combination (not to mention the harder theory and aural classes for music.) So I'm debating on whether I should have it easier next semester then have it harder the next coming semesters, or balance everything out.

What do you guys think?

Well, I was advised by lots of people not to take organic lab and physics lab together in the same semester at my university (mainly because of lengthy lab reports on both ends). I'd probably recommend taking either Physiology or Genetics at this point, probably Genetics. The rest of your classes (other than organic) don't seem too difficult, albeit, I'm no expert on music.

Also, 私も日本語を勉強しています。いいですねえ。。。
