This might be a stupid question, but I've never been sure. The hospital I was born in was not in the same town i lived in, but was only like 15 mins away. Does my hometown I lived in count as place of birth or the city of the hospital?

the hospital if you were born there

you need to put whatever is on your birth certificate

if you don't have one or can't put hands to it, you should see to that ASAP by googling your state and birth certificate

It is whatever is on your birth certificate. My place of birth is 30 min away from my home town.

What do you mean by googling it?

"wisconsin birth certificate"

would be a good start to figuring out what you need to do to get your hands on a birth certificate

you will likely need one somewhere between pre-med and attending-hood

Your place of birth might not even by in the same county you lived in. Start figuring it out now. I'm surprised you didn't need one for kindergarten actually.
