I used DENTAL deck, MOSBY, old release Q, and kaplan q bank

2nd attend=73

The only one that is missing from your list that I used to pass my third time is tufts. Seems like it's been working for some of the ppl that have passed and they found it helpful. You probably need to read all this material SEVERAL times and truly UNDERSTAND the concepts behind evertything. I would also recommend the following:
-in the back of the candidate guide for nbde 2 there is a subject breakdown and what's covered on the test, I read this and on the couple of subjects that I did bad, I picked up the textbook and re-read all those sections. The candidate guide also has books listed they used to formulate the exam questions. i also found this helpful and scored above avg or avg on the last time i took my exam, i was a happy camper to say the least.
