Go to the med school that accepted you and doesn't need the Chem Labs.
If you badly want the other one, as the previous person suggested find a way out saying you took AP classes and blah blah. I think you might have to write an official letter to the admissions. If you have research experience, mention it to them, stating that you are not completely alien to the world of labs and experiements...and that you did AP in high school. If you dont have a research experience, say that you have worked in "so and so" lab for a while...
if all this does not work, I guess you should still go and find out a way or an alternative, but i guess you will have to personally visit them and show great concern and the unnneccesity of requirement of a lab/labs..something shud work out..
if it doesnt, select another school...or ask them if you could complete the labs in the spring semester/quarter... before starting med school..it shud work pretty fine..
