You get more points for having a medically related costume and certainly would likely secure a spot with a solid anesthesia themed outfit. I heard 2 years ago, a dude came pimped out as a desflurane vaporizer and had a heated lamp under his costume so he felt warm to the touch. Supposedly he's the worst resident but the story is quite legendary. Good luck.
