I attended Clemson University from Aug 2013-May2017 and received my B.S. degree. Three days ago, I have filed for my transcript to be sent to OTCAS.

I plan on enrolling into two additional classes during the spring semester (Jan 2018) at another institution. My questions are:

1. Do I add that new institution into the "Colleges Attended" section by clicking "Add College" even though I have not started my classes at that instituion yet? They start in January 2018. --I am assuming "yes" and just add those courses as "planned"

2. Do I request for my transcript to be sent to OTCAS from that new institution? How exactly can I do that when I haven't even started the classes there yet? They start in January 2018. --This is where I get very confused.

3. What happens if I click submit my application AFTER OTCAS receives my official transcript from Clemson University but did not receive an official transcript from that new institution? I just don't know how that new institution can send a transcript to OTCAS if I haven't even started classes there yet. I won't be able to finish those two classes until AFTER all the OT programs' application deadlines. Will I still be in line to be verified if they just get the Clemson's transcript?

Thanks

If you have classes planned, you just annotate them for the OT schools to know that you intend to take them. Most the decisions for OT school will happen before you finish that class, so you will send your transcripts to the school you get accepted to.

I would think the only reason OTCAS needs to be updated on it, is if you submit applications after the class completion.

Just be sure to mark the dates you are taking them in the future.
