please help urgent ..too confused and stressed out

please help me with this guys
i want to know what is the latest date i can take up the exam if the deadline is sept 15th.....i was planning july 1st week (if the scores come out after a month)help me with this as i have to decide the date in next 2 days
also one more thing whether i can directly forward my scores after the exam (i m planning to forward my scores to upenn)if i can directly forward my scores after the exam means i have one more month to study then i can plan to take the exam in august first week
if any body knows the code for forwarding the scores to upenn please let me know
please help me witht the dates and the code and also about score forwarding
it would be of great help
