a) Wouldn't do much good if it were at the end.
b) If its at the beginning, then allosteric (negative) inhibition of the product could occur. So this could be right.
c) Isn't a sigmoidal curve an S-shaped curve?

Either it's B or E...sorry I don't know this one for sure. I'd put B. =p
