I think that you would have to contact the specific schools that you are interested in. I don't know that much about u of phoenix but it is my understanding that it isn't accredited everywhere... meaning you would have to try to get into ot school in a state where it is accredited. You should be able to find out from your school if it is fully accredited or where it is/n't. I would think if your school is accredited then you would have a shot provided all your stats are good.
If the University of Phoenix is regionally accredited then you are absolutely fine! I believe it is, but am not certain. There are two types of accreditation that a school can have, national and regional, and regional accreditation is what the school needs for your degree to be accepted for grad programs.
