I forgot to print out my admission ticket. I guess i forgot my username or password so they locked my account out. The web said to call the customer relation but they are closed. I was wondering if any of you guys know if they are open tomorrow and if they do appox what time. If you guys have any other suggestion on how to deal with this matter, please let me know. Thanks in advance. I am hoping I figure it out somehow since i have been studying so far for it

I was kind of in the same situation but on Wednesday where I forgot my password and they locked me out; I remember seeing their hours somewhere and I think I vaguely remember seeing them opening at 7 am or something. I called around 10 am PST so I apologize for not being able to help more.

I think it'll unlock itself after a few hours or something. As much as I'm sure you'd like to get a great night of sleep before the exam, I guess it doesn't matter if you can't get your ticket printed out. But maybe try again in a couple hours, maybe the Forgot Password option this time. Good luck!

If you emailed them (in my case, spammed their inbox), they should respond by now either through mail or by phone. I left them my cell number and they just called me. It's 5 in the morning over here. I was so elated.
