What are some of the Acredited english speaking Medical schools in Europe that do not require MCAT score for admission?

I'm not sure.

If you're trying to avoid the MCAT, you might be better off not going into medicine at all. To practice in the United States you will have to take a number of standardized boards. You can't avoid them forever.

i have taken the mcat and it is in low 20s so I am trying to find alternative locations that do not require mcat but are good schools otherwise!

You might be better off going to the Caribbean than Europe.

I suggest you search for information on www.valuemd.com. This web site addresses all aspects of obtaining the MD or equivalent degree outside of the United States. All medical schools will have some type of enterance exam including good quality schools in Hungary and other Eastern European nations. Good luck with your search.

Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland is an excellent school which currently does not use the MCAT as a criteria. However, given the low MCAT, you should be stellar in other areas. Even though they don't use the MCAT, they still might see the score. There are people with low MCATs here.... but a word of warning...you might find yourself having to work a lot harder than others to gain and understand the same amount of material.

If in the 20's and above a 2.9 GPA then I would think SGU, ROSS AUC and or SABA would accept you no problem, they are the best Caribbean schools, WHy not just retake the MCAT?

I would suggest going to a WHO school. U of Lodz Poland is a good one. Charles University and Oloumac University are both in Czech Republic and very good. I was impressed by the professionalism of directors at AUA in Antigua. Also, Universidad Autonoma Guadalajara is one favored by nurses in the US who decide to go to med school.
Don't give up your dream!!!

: )

Hi,

You should visit valuemd.com - better site for international questions. Most schools in Europe don't require or recognize the MCAT. You just have to do their own entrance test.
