PNWU-COM vs. ACOM vs. ATSU-SOMA vs. LUCOM

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get a chance to visit PNWU's campus on account of COVID, but it's really rather nice! They just recently opened a new building on campus (still had that new building smell when I interviewed this last October), and the campus overall still feels very fresh/updated. Plus meeting the students that were on campus both intentionally for the interview, and incidentally interacting with applicants along the way definitely reinforced my sense that they've done a great job cultivating community at PNWU.

To touch on your inclement weather bullet - I've lived in Eastern Washington for the last 4 years now (Western Washington before that for 11) and while it can get snowy/icy, it hasn't been my experience that anyone's really "trapped" in Yakima.

I'll admit that I'm not as familiar with the other programs, but having an established support network nearer to medical school is nothing to scoff at. Given the +/-'s that you've listed for each school, I'd say PNWU seems to be the most favorable option!

(I should add the additional caveat that my recommendation may be biased some given my commitment to a seat in PNWU's class of 2024. Either way, good luck!)
