so if you need to look up sinusitis tx or something simple what do you use
because pocket medicine doesnt have it, osler doesnt ... what else is small and useful to carry around ... or if there's a software that runs on a pda/pocketpc/iphone or equivalent multipotent phone ?

Epocrates Essentials has a Dx tab. You can enter the diagnosis and it explains the condition and gives you treatment options. See if your school offers this program.

Opocrates is essential, but if you have strong shoulders, it might be a good idea to have a small drugs book. The reason is you should never look at your pda in rounds for fear the attending might think you are texting or looking on internet or something.

But if you have a drug book, you could probably get away with something you forgot to look up yet you have a feeling you might get asked.
