^ more like self promotion than legitimate suggestion. Your podcast has literally 1 review from 2015. Personally, I enjoy podcasts and when I think of looking for "good suggestions" I'd look for something with more of a following.
Medical wise, I'd suggest "Only Human"
Non-medical: love "Planet Money", and "Death Sex and Money"
Medical (these will be variable as a lot of the good medical ones are specialty specific)

1) The Short Coat Podcast: funny and thought provoking. Mostly about how medical and world news affects us as medical students.
2) Inside the Boards: Step 1- style question walk-throughs and interviews with physicians, residency directors, etc.
Okay, so this is definitely self-promotion but I just started a podcast that I'm really excited about, called Med School Phys! Kind of a learning and review tool for content covered in class and on the boards (mostly physiology). Link: Med School Phys by Med School Phys on Apple Podcasts
I got the idea from listening to Goljan and then hearing about a great podcast called Inside the Boards, which does more of a mix of interviews, boards strategy, and medical content. https://www.insidetheboards.com/podcast/
straight talk md (especially his anesthesia stories episodes, need a full time show with just interesting medical case stories told dramatically. anyone know one?)
