Hello everyone,

I was curious if anyone knew of any podiatry books that would be good for my kindle or even paperback. All I have seen on Amazon are official textbooks and surgery manuals. I was looking for books similar to Dr. Atul Gawande's "Better", or "Complications". Something that is similar to a memoir or a collection of cases, kind of style.

I have skimmed through a few book lists from the MD/DO forums but there wasn't anything specifically Podiatry. If anyone had any suggestions, I would definitely appreciate it.

I haven't seen or heard of anything in the same vein as the books you mentioned by Atul Gawande (both great books by the way). Podiatry is probably too small of a field to make a book like that interesting for more than a few people. There are some people who would be interesting topics to learn more about. I'd actually be interested to hear thoughts on which podiatrists biography or collection of stories they'd like to read. Drs David Armstrong and Lee Rogers would be fun reads I imagine. Anyone know of any actual books or have other fun suggestions for whose book they would like to see?

I would also be interested in hearing other users' thoughts. I currently have the semester off before beginning in August and was wondering what I should be reading up on. Anatomy books or something else along those lines?

I would check out podiatry management online. Lots of great reading there.
