Yes, but to be honest I am not sure if I will really be able to. I would really like to work with people with substance abuse problems and mental illness.

The undeserved are a group group to sere, especially as a student. As a whole they do little to medically care for themselves. This leads to advanced pathologies, great things to see when learning to differentiate.

I definately do!!!! Although not to see great pathologies. The reason that many underserved groups don't do much to care for themselves is a lack of education and resources. Health care isn't going to be your first concern when you are homeless and worried about where your next meal is coming from.
