Can somone help decide which program I should attend. Any information regarding teach campus is highly appreciated.
Ponce Vs West Palm Beach

Both WPB and Ponce are both distance sites, meaning they have no local professors (normally) - they utilize video conferencing to broadcast the classes (which I am sure you already know).
As for which one is better - I would say WPB just because it is not in Puerto Rico. If you are from, or are more comfortable with a "more spanish" town - then I truly dont think it matters. I know people that go to and work at both locations, and that is the general opinion (I work for Nova at the Orlando campus). West Palm is an awesome town, if a bit congested at times.
