Hi Everyone,
I am in need of some major advice here! I am currently taking prereqs for admission into a post bacc program. While my Biology score was a solid A, I have done very poorly in TWO math courses--one C and one D. I admit, I am not the best at math (it has NEVER been my strongest area), however this particular professor was extremely ineffective and disorganized. Several students at mine and other universities have complained about him.
I dont want to ruin my chances of getting accepted into the post bacc program, but more importantly, I dont want to ruin my chances for med school. Should I retake BOTH classes again, and should I take them with this professor??? While I would hate to deal with this person again, my fear is that if I take this at another school, my current university will not be pleased, again hurting my chances. I do not want it to appear as though I am not strong enough to handle the course work at this particular school, so I must find somewhere "easier."
Will maintaining a high science GPA and retaking maybe even BOTH math courses prove effective?
Thanks all!
