You have two decent nucleophiles though.
Do you mean on an polypeptide?
 
Ok, I was thinking just O-chem reactions.
Those two molecules will have Hydrogen bonding.
The answer depends on the pH of the solution that they are in...as in fully protonated or not.
Is this your homework?
