I was wondering if anyone has any answers to these questions...

Can you get into Med School without a Bachelors Degree? (with just a good MCAT score and pre-reqs)

I have a nice MCAT score, an A.A. in Pre-Med (Biology, Chem I+II, O.Chem I+II, no Physics or Botany, but other various Biology Courses)

Well first off you have to take all pre-reqs (that includes physics and usually english/writing and sometimes a math course or two). Second of all you'll have to check which schools don't require a Bachelors degree however almost all of them will. Also, why do you not want to graduate? Medical schools will often rather take an older student than a 20 yr old without a bachelors degree, or even with one( and again most schools require this). Lastly you might want to try the search function as this has been asked before. My advice? Graduate in 4 years and enjoy yourself and apply the spring/summer of your Junior yr as many eager pre-meds who know they want to go to Medical School immediately after UG (myself included). Good luck

Very, very, very rarely are prerequisites waived. And the requirement of a BS/BA is school dependent, but most schools require them.
A great MCAT and prereqs alone, will NOT get you into medical school (even more rare than waived prereqs).
