Hey whats up guys?! Quick question..what do dental schools do about your senior year grades? I applied in july and had my transcripts sent it until this past summer, but do dental schools ask to see your grades from senior year? If so, what do they look for? Honestly, my grades have been droppin down to B's and I dont think it's going to effect my gpa much. But I was just curious as to what dental schools do for this.

And if they do look at them, would they not accept you once they saw that you went from all A's to all B's? Any thoughts would be greatly apreciated.
thanks guys!

asim,

After you receive an acceptance letter the school will want to see you transcript right before you matriculate as a D1. However, schools have different requirements. Some schools want you to maintain the same level of performance while others just want you to pass (C) and yet other's don't care but just want you to complete what you told them you would complete. So it really varies. Honestly, if you are getting B's now, I don't think any school will object. I'm planning on getting a couple of C's myself (just kidding) 😀 .

Hope this helps.
