Getting a B in a tough chemistry class is not a big deal.

yes, what post-bacc. program is this?

This class is just as hard as the regular academic-year course...

You expected it to be easier?

if I withdraw from the program, can I hide these grades forever?

Unfortunately, you can't...

AMCAS requires you to "[l]ist every post-secondary institution where you were enrolled for at least one course, even if credits have been transferred, no credits were earned, or you withdrew."

AMCAS also requires you to "certify that the information in this application and associated materials is current, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge" and this "certification ... serves the same purpose as a legal signature, and is binding."

General Chem is a weed out class at my school, so I'm not surprised it's really tough at your school too. A 58% sounds about right for the class average when I took it, too (although I took it during the year). Since you said post-bac program, I'm assuming it's a formal one? Dartmouth? Columbia?

Well the professor pulled through and decided to be nice. My 72% for the class turned into a B+ because of the curve. Needless to say I am thrilled!

same here i just got a b in microbiology thank god theres a curve!:laugh:
